As well as the larger cultural cities with their monumental heritage, museums, shopping centers, parks and squares are to be visited within an hour’s drive.
The area enjoys a Mediterranean climate with 300 days of sunshine per year.

Facilities
Villa Les Vignes is a newly built house.
The villa has a spacious open-plan living area measuring 50m² and has large sliding windows and portes-fenêtres, allowing you to enjoy the infinite views of the valley and mountains.
The villa has satellite TV so you don’t have to miss out on your favorite programs.
A Hifi system is available and free access to wifi is there for your use.
The fully equipped kitchen with Island is complete with a large Cooking Hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, nespresso coffee-maker, kettle and dishwasher.
We provide tea towels for you, and in the utility room you will find a washing machine, drying rack, steam iron and ironing board.
There are three large bedrooms, one with a four-poster bed of 180cm, one with a bed of 160cm and one with a bed of 140cm.
All rooms have plenty of storage, electric shutters and air conditioning to provide you with the necessary coolness.
All bed linen is provided and included in the price.
The bathroom has a large sink, cabinets, electric towel rail, a hairdryer, a walk-in shower and toilet.
A second toilet is provided in the hallway.
Towels are available on request.
To ensure a hygienic maintained property, pets are not allowed.
The villa has ample parking.
There are three furnished terraces, two of wich are roofed and the other is equipped with sun shades, and a cuisine d’été with barbecue.
The heated pool of 8 by 4 meters is equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
The villa is officially recognized as a four star residence.

The rental rates are as follows:
Yellow = 1.200,00 €/week
Orange = 1.350,00 €/week
Blue = 1.525,00 €/week
Green = 1.850,00 €/week
Red = 2.300,00 €/week

- Renting only per week and from Sundays till Sundays.
- Arrival from 16.00h and departure before 10.00h.
- Kitchen towels and bed sheets are included.

Surroundings
The cozy Les Vans transforms its “place Ollier” on Saturday morning into one of the largest “marchés hebdomadaires” in the region.
Wander deep into the “centre médiéval” on this weekly market with more than seven hundred stalls.
A dazzling array of colours and scents makes you instantly feel that you are in “la douce France”
Each Tuesday evening during July and August there is a “marché nocturne”.
Stroll round on the “marché de potiers”, search for curiosities on a “vide-greniers”, play “petanque” in the square or have yourself a ball on one of the many music nights…
That’s Les Vans.
The French cuisine is world-renowned and thus also here you can enjoy “la cuisine française” with traditional local produce of the Ardèche.
From delicious salad-bars and pizzerias to exotic, from bistro or brasserie to “haute cuisine”.
